Every Donation Counts
Your donation goes directly toward the development of accessible and open conservation technology to create lasting global impact.
WildMon is developing conservation technology tools to help our partners and those on the ground access data backed insights to safeguard and manage natural resources effectively.
We’re working to make these technologies more efficient, accessible, and free to those on the ground working to protect biodiversity. Measuring biodiversity change is expensive and difficult which is creating a barrier to much needed action.
It’s time we direct our effort and donations toward those who can make the greatest impact.
Individuals and groups like local NGOs, Indigenous Peoples, and the conservationists working on the ground are often the ones left with little resources to address the biodiversity crisis.
How do we know?
Through our partnerships we have been able to work alongside many incredible people and organizations on the front lines of conservation. These partnerships have allowed us to see first hand what tools and resources these individuals are needing to create lasting change - change that goes beyond their partnership with us.

Thailand
The partners: Terra Genesis, VF Foundation, smallholder farmers in Southern Thailand
The project: WildMon uses different technologies to monitor how sustainable farming practices, such as agroforestry and regenerative agriculture, also benefit biodiversity. By demonstrating methods that benefit both local farmers and wildlife, we can help increase the value and recognition of sustainable supply chains.
This project will not only provide a platform for smallholder farmers to demonstrate their contributions to biodiversity but also increase the value of regeneratively produced rubber.
What accessible tools can do here:
Empower the people on the ground to continue to assess how their sustainable rubber farming efforts impact biodiversity over time, and increase their visibility with global brands for potential partnerships.
Indonesia
The partners: Planet Indonesia, Indigenous Dayak communities
The project: WildMon uses technology to detect endangered and endemic species, map their distribution and understand how different factors influence their presence in an area. This enables data-driven decision-making for protected area management, conservation interventions, and rewilding efforts.
This project will allow us to assess how community-led initiatives influence wildlife over space and time in West Kalimantan.
What accessible tools can do here:
Empower the people on the ground to assess their initiatives without additional outside support and continue their efforts indefinitely with confidence.
We’re developing tools to support conservationists long-term.
These tools can be leveraged without additional support, teams, or unattainable associated costs.
By giving to WildMon, your donation goes towards work on the ground, empowering communities with resources to better monitor and gain insights that enable species conservation and ecological understanding worldwide.
